As a young child, I had to face many hardships growing up. My father, although the bread winner of the family wasted all his money betting on horse races. my mother was not very good at managing the money given to her to take care of household matters. I had 3 sisters and being the oldest I felt that it was my duty to earn some money for the family just to make ends meet or simply just for my expenses. At the age of 11, I began sewing pillow cases and handkerchiefs by hand and began selling them. I did not have the means to learn from anyone. I guess, it just came to me. However I made a small amount of money whenever i sold my items, but most days my father managed to get his hands on my profits as well. As I grew older i decided forgive my father and moved on, however I was unable to complete my studies and had to stop at the age of 16. 8 years later I got married and had three children. i am now living a much colorful life compared to my childhood. However the love of being creative stuck within me. I decided to purchase material and began sewing and that's when I decided to use my creativity as an additional income to support my family. I am now the proud owner of Cocoloom thanks to all the support from each and every one of you.
